Browsing the whole catalogue
To view A-Z listings, click on one of the tabs (Browse A-Z, Composer, etc.) across the top of the page.
Clicking on advanced search will take you to further lists (festivals, meter, vocal arrangement).
Searching by category
The catalogue is organised into 2 departments - Hymns, and Modern Songs. (These are shown as two panels on the left hand side.)
The items in each department have been assigned a category - God the Father, Jesus, Holy Spirit, etc. Click on a category to see all of the hymns or modern songs it contains.
Keywords
We have allocated a number of keywords to each song, which relate to the main theme(s) of the lyrics.
If you wish to find all the songs with a particular theme (e.g. 'the Cross', 'Heaven', 'Pentecost', 'Victory', etc.) simply type the word(s) into the box shown on the Search panel, and click find.
You can also enter a title, composer, first line of lyrics, etc. into the search box to go straight to the song you want.
When entering song words, keywords, or phrases, try including/omitting punctuation marks to get the best search results.
Help - Ordering & Receiving your music
Putting your Order together
When you have found a song that you want, use the 'Parts Available' panel to enter the quantities of each part that you need. Please only type numbers for each quantity, and leave boxes blank if you do not require a part.
When you are happy that you have entered the right quantities for each part, click the 'buy' button to put the parts into your Shopping Basket. You can then continue shopping for other items.
Your Shopping Basket
You can view your shopping basket at any time - simply click on the word 'basket' at the top of the screen.
Whilst viewing the contents of your basket, you can amend or cancel any part of your music order before proceeding to the Checkout.
Checkout
When you have completed your order, and are happy with the contents of your Basket, you will be invited to proceed to the Checkout, where simple instructions will guide you through our secure payment system.
