From his first original songs to professionally recorded studio releases, David's musical journey has been one of creativity, determination and remarkable personal growth. Through Peak Music's Artist Development Programme, he is transforming his passion for songwriting into an exciting future as an emerging recording artist.
Music has become much more than a hobby for David – it has become a way of expressing himself, building confidence and creating a positive direction for the future.
David has been working with Peak Music through a bespoke Artist Development Programme, designed to nurture talented musicians beyond traditional instrumental lessons. The programme focuses on every stage of the creative process, from songwriting and composition through to recording, production and live performance.
Following the successful completion of his GCSE Music qualification, David began an intensive journey into artist development, working closely with Jarrod to develop his songwriting, vocal performance and production skills. Over the past two years, he has grown enormously as both a musician and songwriter, gaining experience in lyric writing, melody development, vocal coaching, recording sessions, studio production and performance preparation.
David has now written and recorded a growing catalogue of original music, including his professionally produced and mastered singles Kisses in the Sky and Ghost in My Head. These tracks form part of his debut album project, New Beginnings, with several more original songs currently in development.
His music reflects his own experiences, emotions and creativity, resulting in songs that are both personal and authentic. Every release marks another step in an exciting musical journey as he continues to develop his own unique sound.
