Graham has been a working violinist for 40 years, playing and recording with many rock and jazz bands.
He taught jazz and classical violin at Salford University for over 20 years.
Graham's teaching is based on firm principles, looking at the simplest way for the student to achieve the most they can. He focuses on the bases of bowing and of left hand technique, and believes that anyone can get a beautiful sound on the instrument early in their violin journey.
Graham also teaches approaches to jazz, rock and blues improvisation, which can apply to any melody instrument..
