Peak Music began with a simple challenge. One of our founders, Jarrod, had reached the point where he couldn't take on any more students, yet enquiries continued to come in. Rather than turning people away, we started working with a small number of trusted tutors who shared the same passion for inspiring others through music. What began as a practical solution quickly grew into something much bigger.
Today, Peak Music is a thriving community of dedicated tutors and students who share a love of music. We believe music has the power to inspire, build confidence and bring people together. Whether you're taking your very first lesson, preparing for exams, learning a favourite song, or returning to an instrument after many years, we're here to help you enjoy every step of your musical journey.
What We Do
We provide high-quality music tuition for children and adults of all abilities.
Our experienced tutors teach a wide range of instruments and vocal disciplines,
offering lessons from our own teaching spaces, online where appropriate and in schools.
Our Approach
Every student is different, and that's why we don't believe in a one-size-fits-all
approach. Some students learn purely for enjoyment, others work towards graded examinations, performances, or GCSE and A-Level Music qualifications, while many simply want to build confidence and develop a lifelong love of music. Whatever your goals, our tutors tailor every lesson to suit your individual needs.
Where We Teach
We work with students across the Staffordshire Moorlands and surrounding areas, including Cheadle, Leek, Cheddleton. Ashbourne, Uttoxeter, Stoke-on-Trent and Stone. We continue to grow through partnerships with local schools and by welcoming new private students and tutors into the Peak Music community.
More Than Music Lessons
Throughout the year we create opportunities for our students to perform, collaborate and celebrate their achievements. Our annual Summer Showcase brings together performers of all ages and abilities. Our Peak Music Vocal Group provides opportunities for singers to perform together, while our Artist Development Programme supports aspiring musicians in recording and releasing their own original music.
Looking Ahead
As Peak Music has grown, so has our vision. We're continually looking for new ways to enrich our student's musical journeys through performances, workshops, collaborations and exciting new opportunities. While we continue to expand, our aim remains the same as it was from the very beginning: to provide inspirational music tuition for all ages and abilities in a welcoming. supportive and inclusive environment.
